The building, which features three-stories over 65,000 square-feet, sits on the prominent corner of Commerce Way and Portsmouth Boulevard.

Park 80 West in Saddle Brook, NJ has had numerous renovations over the years. Renovated in 2003, and then again in 2014, and 2016, the building has adapted to the new standard for “dynamic, engaging workspaces,” the owners describe. The commercial complex consists of two plazas, a total of over 500,000 square feet, and is currently pending LEED certification.
Architects Renovate Brewster Elementary School With Series Of Modern Upgrades
The same architects that designed the Henry H. Wells Middle School in Brewster, NY, completed another Brewster education building at JFK Elementary School. The project was part of a larger development, a $40 million bond by the Brewster Central School District, to renovate three schools in the district. All completed by the architects at KG+D, JFK Elementary School was transformed into a state-of-the-art learning facility.

School design, particularly primary and secondary education facilities showcase a similar design approach across the United States, featuring a brick or stone material with some kind of metal product as well. The metal material often serves as a juxtaposing element to the brick and provides a more contemporary look. Brick and stonework are very often used symbolically in American architecture to showcase warmth, which is an essential component of educational design.
