CEI Materials' CLADLOK™ Modular Panel Systems deliver architecturally striking facade options beyond traditional rainscreen systems. This pressure-equalized cassette-style panel system is designed for easy installation on a wide range of substrates and subgirt systems. With interlocking edges formed from a single piece of metal, no additional components (other than fasteners) are required—reducing installation time compared to other cladding solutions. What is CLADLOK™?

CEI Materials' modular CLADLOK™ Panel System is a pressure equalized rainscreen system that is easily installed to a wide variety of substrates and subgirt systems. This cassette style plate panel system has all interlocking edges formed from 1 piece of metal and does not require any additional components other than the fasteners that attach it to the wall or subgirt.

What finishes does CLADLOK™ offer?

Painted Aluminum both solids and metallics, Anodized, Natural Metals including Zinc, Copper and Stainless Steel. Also, specialty finishes like wood, stone and terra cotta.

How easy is it to install?

CLADLOK™ only requires a starter track and then the panel system can be easily attached to the girt system from left to right.

What type of colors and warranties are available with CLADLOK™?

CLADLOK™ offers a 20 year finish warranty on painted options. Other material warranties may depend on type of finish and sheet manufacturer.

What are the lead times?

Typically, the turnaround time is about 4 weeks. This may be longer depending on the size of the project.

Are there any purchase minimums?

There are no purchase minimums for the CLADLOK™ system.

Can we use a variety of CLADLOK™ sizes on the same wall?

Yes! Both vertical and horizontal panel cassettes can be mixed on the same wall.

Can CLADLOK™ be used in a rainscreen system?

Yes. The CLADLOK™ Panel System is a pressure equalized rainscreen system itself.

Is CLADLOK™ fully tested?

Yes, our CLADLOK™ system is fully tested to the specs below. Please see the Custom Series datasheet for testing on Perforated Panels.
